PDS Gang Member Sentenced to 10 Years for Gun Battle in Southeast Washington Neighborhood

Isjalon Jermiah Armstead, 22, of the District of Columbia, was sentenced today to 120 months in prison in connection with a June 2023 shootout in a residential neighborhood in Southeast.
