Leader of Drug Trafficking Crew Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

Cila Melgar Rodriguez, 36, of Hyattsville, Maryland, was sentenced today to 10 years in federal prison for his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that distributed large quantities of cocaine and crack cocaine throughout the District of Columbia and Maryland.
