Florida Woman Sentenced to Prison for Conspiring with Family Members to Hide more than $90M from the IRS

A Florida woman, and dual U.S. and Colombian citizen, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for conspiring to defraud the United States by, among other things, concealing tens of millions of dollars in undeclared foreign financial accounts, filing false tax returns, and evading taxes.
